Description
What is Niacin Powder?
Your body makes and uses niacin powder, a B vitamin, to convert food into energy. It helps maintain healthy skin, digestive system, and nervous system.
Although niacin powder (vitamin B-3) is frequently included in multivitamins, the majority of people consume sufficient amounts from their diets. Yogurt, milk, meat, tortillas, and cereal grains are all high in powdered niacin.
Powdered niacin on prescription (Niacor, Niaspan) is used to control cholesterol.
Adult men should consume 16 milligrams (mg) of niacin daily, while adult women who are not pregnant should consume 14 mg.

1. Improves blood fat levels Niacin may improve blood fat levels in the following ways:
Although several studies have found no link between niacin powder and a decrease in either the risk of heart disease or the number of deaths as a result of heart disease, this may result in a decrease in the risk of heart disease.
2. May lower blood pressure
One of niacin’s functions is to release prostaglandins, which are chemicals that help your blood vessels expand, which in turn improves blood flow and lowers blood pressure. As a result, high blood pressure may be prevented or treated with niacin.
3. May aid in the treatment of type 1 diabetes
Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease in which the pancreas’ insulin-producing cells are attacked and destroyed.
Niacin powder has been shown in studies to protect these cells and possibly even lower the risk of type 1 diabetes in children who are more likely to develop it.
4. Improves brain function
Your brain requires powdered niacin, which is a component of the coenzymes NAD and NADP, to get energy and work properly.
Powdered niacin deficiency is linked to brain fog and even mental health issues.
Niacin powder can be used to treat some types of schizophrenia because it helps repair damage to brain cells caused by a lack of niacin.
5. Improves skin health
When taken orally or applied topically, niacin powder helps shield skin cells from sun damage.
Additionally, it may assist in the prevention of some types of skin cancer. When compared to a control group, a high-quality study of over 300 people with a high risk of skin cancer found that taking 500 mg of nicotinamide twice daily reduced the incidence of nonmelanoma skin cancer.
Vitamin B3 Applications:
1. Health and Food Products
Promote the normal growth and development of the human body
It can prevent skin diseases and similar vitamin deficiencies, and has the effect of dilating blood vessels.
2. Industrial Field
Niacin also plays an irreplaceable role in the fields of luminescent materials, dyes, electroplating industries, etc.
3. Pharmaceuticals
Maxmedchem could offer pharma grade Nicotinic acid used for medicines production and supplements.
