Description
What is Pure Resveratrol?
Pure resveratrol (3,5,4′-trihydroxy-trans-stilbene) is a stilbenoid, a type of natural phenol, and a phytoalexin that several plants produce in response to injury or when pathogens like bacteria or fungi are attacking the plant. The skins of grapes, blueberries, raspberries, mulberries, and peanuts are all food sources of 100 pure resveratrol.
Resveratrol pure has been studied in laboratory models of human diseases and used as a dietary supplement, but there is no high-quality evidence that it increases lifespan or has a significant impact on any human disease.

Pure Resveratrol Benefits
1. Resveratrol helps shield your cells from free radical damage.
According to registered dietitian, clinical nutritionist, and founder of Carbon Nutrition & Dietetics in London, Jasmine Carbon, “Resveratrol pure’s antioxidant properties are talked about a lot in the [scientific] literature.”
02 It has been shown that resveratrol lowers the risk of cancer.
This is because pure resveratrol has anti-tumor properties and can stop the formation of cancer at any stage: beginning, advancement, and progress.”
3. Resveratrol is antimicrobial and antifungal.
The antioxidant is thought to prevent the formation of biofilms by viruses and bacteria, respectively. Pure resveratrol was used to treat E. coli in one experiment, and the resulting bacterium’s shape and structure changed.
4. It’s possible that resveratrol can lower the risk of heart disease, blood clotting, and inflammation.
According to a study published in Nutrition and Metabolism, “as a plant-derived polyphenolic compound that possesses anti-inflammatory, anti-platelet aggregation, anti-carcinogenic, cartilage-protective, and anti-aging properties, pure resveratrol is a potent antioxidant.”
5. Resveratrol keeps diseases out of your brain.
Resveratrol pure’s antioxidant properties have been shown to protect against age-related neurodegenerative conditions like Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and stroke.
